I love passing on what I do.
I began my woodturning life at The Woodturning School in 2004.
I began teaching there in 2008.

An article was published in 2006 that tells the story of the formation of the school It also gives a very good view of the approach to instruction and community focus. To download the article click here.
I also have had the privilege of teaching at Haystack Mountain School of Art through the Maine Crafts Association.
In March, I demonstrated at the Maine Woodturners Club:

In July, I demonstrated embellishment techniques at the
Southern Maine Woodturners Club in South Portland:

My favorite teaching picture is from the day I had my family out to the school
and they all turned their own bowls. Including my 80+ year old mom.
